Italian Antitust Authority<\/a> has given the green light for Salini Costruttori’s acquisition of sole control of Todini Costruzioni Generali. \n<\/p>\n\nThe geographic distribution of the turnover of the two groups does not determine “the creation or strengthening of a dominant position, such as to eliminate or substantially and on a long term basis reduce competition”.
