\nSalini Costruttori is the only Italian group to have been admitted to the final phase of the civil engineering tender for the new ring of the Copenhagen Underground, alongside Austria’s Alpine Bau, Germany’s Bilfinger Berger and the Danish company MTHojgaard, all world leaders in the sector.
\nThe project, to be completed in 8 years, has an estimated total value of 2.3 billion euro. With the Cityringen Project, Copenhagen, will have a new ring – a tunnel over 15 kilometres in length with 17 new stations situated 30 metres below the city’s streets – covering the whole city centre.
