Code of Ethics
The corporate Code of Ethics is the document through which Salini formally adopts the principles of legitimacy, suitability, transparency and verifiability that are the hallmarks of the conduct of the entire Group. Valid both in Italy and abroad, and in accordance with the cultural, social and economic diversity of the various countries, the Code of Ethics is binding without any exceptions on corporate bodies, top management, employees, consultants and associates.
Salini Costruttori also extends the requirement of conduct in line with the principles of the Code to all those who, directly or indirectly, engage in relationships with its structures. An appropriate Supervisory Body oversees the said Code.
The Code of Ethics has been progressively disseminated to the company’s management, to all its employees and all outside associates and third parties that sign contracts with Salini Costruttori. Every new employee receives a copy and formally undertakes to abide by its contents. This universality and continuity of dissemination makes the Code of Ethics a truly vital instrument that the entire group abides by globally.
