Annual Reports

Salini Costruttori has adopted a very broad approach to Corporate Governance. Although not listed on the stock market, it has adopted a model that dynamically conforms to the principles of the Self-Disciplinary Code for Listed Companies, the CONSOB recommendations and domestic and international best practices.

The Corporate Governance policies are therefore subject to continuous updating and are formalised in the Annual Report on the subject. This document describes the System of Governance in detail; defines the organisation of the Company, specifying the roles and powers of each Company Body and the top management; it provides information on the implementation of the measures of the Self-Disciplinary Code.

The Internal Control System provides for the monitoring of implementation of the Governance policies and intervenes effectively to encourage their actual and constant application.
