A private audience was granted by His Holiness Benedict XVI on March 18 in the Clementine Room of the Vatican to the Industrial Union of Rome. Dr. Pietro Salini, Managing Director of Salini Costruttori, participated in the meeting, also attended by many Roman industrialists representing the capital city’s productive fabric. Dr. Salini had a brief interview with His Holiness and extended greetings from the entire firm.
